- How can I change my arrival or departure date reservation? Before you make your reservation you can edit the arrival and departure dates or number of people that will be occupying the room by clicking edit search on the reservations page. Once your reservation is made you can change your reservation by using the confirmation number provided via email.
2. How can I make a reservation through the call center? In order to avoid any confusion, the best method to make your reservation is via this weblink. 3. I can’t find the type of room or bed type I want for my reservation. Only rooms in the Deluxe Partial Ocean View King Category at $405/room/night in single occupancy and $453/room/night in double occupancy have been reserved for your group by the organizer. Any requests for other guest room categories or suites (1 Bedroom Ocean View Room $907/room/night in single or double occupancy) are based on availability and can be made by contacting Liliana Ferrer from Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9AM-2PM via email email@example.com
4. How many reservations can I make with one credit card? Please do not attempt to make more than 1 reservation per each unique credit card number. You may be able to make up to 4 reservations within a day and up to 6 within a month with the same credit card, however, credit card fraud precaution mechanisms by your bank may block multiple reservations.

7. How many days before my arrival do I have to cancel my reservation without penalty? You can cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit before December 4th, 2021 30 days prior to your arrival. You can also find Cancellation terms on the confirmation letter/email issued when you made your reservation.
8. How many days will I have to wait for my reimbursement if I cancel my reservation? 10-15 days.
9. Can I pay with American Express? You can pay for your room reservation with American Express from the US and will be charged US Dollars. Any reservations originating in Mexico and paid with American Express will be charged in US Dollars and not in Mexican Pesos.
10. The reservation link is not calculating the room rate when I add my children? Currently, the reservation link does not support/calculate the rate for children, however, you can proceed with your reservation online and pay for your children at check-in.
11. My business partner and I wish to pay for our reservation with different credit cards. Our web-based reservations system will only accept one credit card for payment per reservation. If your partner wishes to pay for his portion of the room with his own credit card, the new card can be given to the front desk at check-in.
12. My business partner and I are sharing a room but coming at different times. How do I indicate this while making the reservation via the link? 13. How can I make a reservation for our group’s pre & post nights? There are a few rooms available December 30th and 31st. Due to the holiday, the rate on these days is $500/room/night in single or double occupancy. You can make the reservation via this link.
